At Organic Tattva, we ensure our organic products meet the highest quality standards; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a seamless return process within 7 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer support team directly.

  Verification & Proof

  Upload clear photographs of the product, the batch number, and the invoice to help our quality control team verify the damage or error.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
